Bradley Center Information:
The Bradley Center is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is one of the nicest indoor arenas in this part of the country. Although it may not be as popular as some of the other venues in the country due to its location, the Bradley Center surely has a lot to offer fans. This is why thousands of people visit this arena year in and year out for sporting events, concerts, and shows of many different types.
There are several primary tenants that call the Bradley Center home. They include the Milwaukee Bucks of the NBA, the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL, and the Marquette University men's and women's basketball teams. Additionally, many other teams have also used the Bradley Center for home games in the past.
One of the biggest benefits of this venue is its seating capacity. For basketball games, the Bradley Center can seat approximately 19,000 people, making it one of the biggest in the NBA. For concerts, this number expands to 20,000. As you can imagine, the Bradley Center can become quite loud during big sporting events, or concerts by top performers.
One of the biggest events in Bradley Center history had nothing to do with sports. It was a concert performance by Celine Dion in 1999. This was part of her very popular Let's Talk About Love Tour.
The Milwaukee Bucks currently have a lease at the Bradley Center until 2009. Since this is the second oldest arena being used by an NBA team there are some talks that the Bucks may want a new venue to play their home games. Even if the Bucks do move out, it is safe to say that the Bradley Center will live on by hosting other sporting events, concerts, and shows.
