Conseco Fieldhouse Information:

Conseco Fieldhouse is an indoor, multi purpose arena located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Built in 1997, this is one of the most modern facilities in the country, and for this reason it plays host to hundreds of events year in and year out. This includes everything from a number of different sporting events to concerts and shows. For each one of these events thousands of people pack into the arena in order to show their team spirit or love for a particular performer.

There are two primary tenants that play their home games at Conseco Fieldhouse. They include the Indiana Pacers of the NBA, and the Indiana Fever of the WNBA. Additionally, the Indiana Firebirds of the AFL used this arena in the past until the franchise went under.

In addition to basketball games, Conseco Fieldhouse also hosts other sporting events on a regular basis. In 2002 this arena was one of two sites for the FIBA Men's World Basketball Championships. Additionally, the Big Ten Conference has also held their post season men's basketball tournament at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Conseco Fieldhouse was the first modern arena to be retro styled. In other words, it was built with cues from the past in order to make it look like an old school venue. But just because this venue was built with the past in mind does not mean that it lacks modern features. It has everything that you would expect from a top notch facility including great seats, large concourses, and quality concessions.

Conseco Fieldhouse is one of the newer arenas in the country, and it has proven itself as a great venue over the years. Anybody who has ever seen a game or other event at Conseco Fieldhouse will surely tell you how much it has to offer.
